  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the business such as Sales and Operations.

  • Review trade area and identify new market opportunities.
  • Keep in line with company growth strategy.
  • Meet or exceed company profit goals.
  • Implement & Develop Sales Activities To Achieve Target.
  • Participate in district training calls with other branches Source, train, coach and develop staff.
  • Develop And Maintain Strong Relationship With The clients Address clients issues and concerns promptly.

Sales Manager/Relationship Manager

  • Managing Sales Of Products Like Home & Mortgage Loan, Personal Loan & Business Loan.
  • Fulfilling The Leads. Implement & Develop Sales Activities To Achieve Target.
  • Develop And Maintain Strong Relationship With The Clients.
  • Sourcing Business Through Open Market.
  • The Candidate is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of the Loan market.
  • Responsible for customer management including all the customer related queries, issues, grievances and focus on resolving them at the earliest.
  • Ensure that all customer documentation is maintained in the prescribed format and transfer of documents is done safely and seamlessly.

Sales Executive

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, referrals, and other sources.
  • Talk and Meet with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information/documentation for loan applications.
  • Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
  • Disburse Loan Proposals and teach clients about policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit detailed loan proposals consistently to achive your target.
  • Explain and convey loan application Pendencies to applicants, Respond to applicants questions and resolve any loan-related issues.
  • Operate in compliance with laws and regulations.

Business Co-ordinator - Home/Mortgage Loan

  • Experience & Knowledge of Home/Mortgage Loan.
  • Responsible for submission of complete Application form, Customer documentations and information.
  • Resolving Queries & Handling Files From Login to Disbursal.
  • Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationship with customers.
  • Responsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner.
  • Responsible for maintaining Reports/MIS related to sales and all his activities in the prescribed format.
  • Should maintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed format of activities.
